	Alida Coates Alida Coates heads the Birmingham workplace illness disease team. She trained and qualified with Irwin Mitchell in the Sheffield office in 1996. Alida was part of the team involved with the Hancock environmental asbestos case. In 1998 she moved to Birmingham and developed the specialist asbestos team.
