Born in Leeds but brought up in Lancashire, Ian Toft has recently returned to live and work in West Yorkshire. Ian qualified as a solicitor in 1990. He has extensive experience in industrial disease claims including asbestos related disease, deafness and vibration white finger.
Ian is a Partner at the Leeds office of Irwin Mitchell. He presently leads the workplace injuries and diseases team at Leeds and acts for seriously ill and injured clients from all over the region. He trained at Irwin Mitchell and qualified in 1994. Ian was made partner in 2001.
James is a Solicitor in the Workplace Injuries and Disease team based in the Leeds office. He completed his Training Contract with Irwin Mitchell and qualified in 2011.James specialises in asbestos related disease claims which include, mesothelioma, lung cancer, asbestosis and pleural thickening.
