The London Specialist Mesothelioma Team consists of 15 members acting exclusively for mesothelioma patients and their families.

Our lawyers visit all clients at their home throughout the South East of England, from Norfolk to the south coast and as far west as Dorset.

London Mesothelioma Lawyers

	Guy Darlaston I am a partner at Irwin Mitchell and head of the Southern region mesothelioma team, based in London. The team is widely recognised as the leading legal practice specialising exclusively in supporting mesothelioma victims in the South East. We will visit patients at their home to provide advice and assistance in obtaining welfare benefits, legal compensation, and other issues following a diagnosis of mesothelioma.
	Colin Ettinger I am a partner with over 30 years experience in dealing with personal injury cases. I am a Senior Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (there are only 12 in the country) and have extensive experience of dealing with occupational health cases.
	Caroline Pinfold I have been specialising in asbestos related disease cases for over 20 years. I am based in the London office but spend a lot of time in Kent, Essex and Sussex because I have a number of clients in those areas. It is our policy to travel to see clients in their own homes as soon as possible after being contacted by them.
	Rosemary Giles I have over 20 years of experience in dealing with asbestos claims.
	Nicky Howe I joined Guy Darlaston’s team in London, in 2004. I am a qualified legal executive and my current role is to assist two senior solicitors in the team specialising primarily in an abundance of asbestos related cases with the aim of bringing successful outcomes for all of our clients.
	Sarah Wolf I have specialised in personal injury work on behalf of claimants since qualifying as a solicitor in 1993, and now deal exclusively with asbestos disease claims. I am based in our London office, but travel all over the south east visiting clients at home. I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers.
	Claire Carver I qualified as a solicitor in August 2008 and have been specialising in asbestos related disease cases since February 2009 when I joined the London office. I am a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and have acted for people with pleural disease, asbestosis, lung cancer and mesothelioma.
	Alice Humphreys I qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and have been specialising in asbestos related disease cases ever since. I am based in the London office and am often out visiting clients in their homes.
	Hanne Mällinen After finishing nursing studies in Finland, I moved to Kent to pursue a career in law. I qualified as a solicitor in June 2008 and I joined our London team in July 2008. I have since dealt with asbestos-related claims, including claims for pleural disease, asbestosis, lung cancer and mesothelioma. I am also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).
	Michael Giles I have worked as a solicitor for 45 years, 39 of which have been with personal injury claim teams. With a particular interest in asbestos related cases I have considerable experience in getting fair settlements for those with mesothelioma.
