Helen Grady

Location: Bristol

Helen qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has been specialising in asbestos related disease cases since that time in Bristol.

Helen has worked extensively for the Devonport Dockyard workers, Swindon Rail Workers and Nuclear Power Station workers.  She has a particular interest in asbestos exposure on the railways, shipyards and power stations.

In 1999 Helen successfully claimed a large settlement for a client (deceased) who was exposed to asbestos dust whilst laundering her husband’s dockyard overalls prior to the crucial 1965 date when the employers are deemed not to have known that asbestos could be equally as dangerous at home as in the factory.

Helen has also helped a number of local victims of negligent asbestos exposure in factories in and around the Bristol/Bath area.

Helen is involved with Charity work for the British Lung Foundation and assists with local support group meetings.  Helen also supports the North Bristol Mesothelioma Research Charity and the annual Mesothelioma Action Day.
